As the largest search firm in Minneapolis during that period, these proven veteran recruiters invested in their people and trained them on a business philosophy which was to provide exceptional recruiting service while maintaining the integrity of the company, industry, candidates and clients. As a top performer Dave became an integral part of the management, hiring and training team while personally developing an extensive client base.
