Why Janus?
Why Janus? How did you come up with your company name?
Janus, the Roman god of beginnings and endings; past and future; gates, doorways, and bridges is a fitting analogy to the role of a recruiter. Clients and candidates are working with me to establish new beginnings. I invest time learning the past and future performance of companies and candidates and build a bridge between them. The searches I work on are opportunities for candidates and clients to meet one another - and I am at the gates and doorways with eyes on both parties simultaneoulsy, helping them to determine their future together.
